I've gained over 6+ years full time aboard vessels ranging from 44 -81 m sail and motor vessels , specialising in charter vessels and prior to that racing various sailing vessels . I have a mechanical background with experience in carpentry and metal works , fabrication as well a CAD training,with the ability to fabricate materials from metal to fibre as well as 3D tooling,I also specialise in drone videography. I'm experienced In all aspects onboard from vessel management and logistics, maintenance, surveys and operating standalone tenders . Having completed my OOW Oral and waiting on the COC ,I am now looking to step up and challenge myself further , I have previously led larger deck teams , largely overseeing deck operations whilst training a largely green deck teams . I have helped reform and update Pre -charter checklists ,stock orders,managed deck inventories and assisted with keeping track of deckcrew HORs . I have been responsible for the maintenance of various tenders and jetskis aswell as the day to day running of a larger chase boats. I'm good at my job always pushing and extremely hard working ,I manage both myself and my teams to a high standard and always push to get the best out of crew . Whether operating a standalone or as part of a larger crew contingent, I'm meticulous, I like to plan and think ahead and execute,always maintaining a high level of profession ,despite situations and always looking for solutions to problems to ensure smooth operations .
