About me
It’s my pleasure to introduce myself through my CV including my experience hoping it meets your satisfaction. Briefly, I have graduated from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport, College of Computer Engineering in the year 2005. Also, I have obtained my Master degree in business management (MBA) in the year of 2022. I have utilized most of my time solidifying my experience and knowledge in the Fields of Audio Visual and yachts building/Management. Recently I was the ETO /AVIT engineer on MY ROE 74m in Italy from August 2021 until June 2023. Previously I was the AVIT Quality control Manager at Digital Com Entertainment company, it’s one of the most leading system integrators in Egypt. Before that I was the ETO / AVIT engineer on Motor Yacht Utopia IV 63 meters in USA from October 2018 to October 2019. Also, I was the AVIT Operations Manager for Digital Com company in Cairo. Previously I was the Project Manager for Archimedia home automation in Cairo- Egypt as well. As well, I was the Technical superintendent AVIT engineer for Platinum Yachts shipyard and Platinum Yacht Management (a business unit of Dubai Dry-docks in UAE – Dubai) from January 2006 until March 2016. Platinum yachts is a company that serves the royal family of Dubai only along with their guests. So, I am used to deal with VIP guests for over 10 years. During this period, I oversaw the entire installation of the AVIT systems on behalf of the ruler of Dubai and the crown prince of Dubai for My Dubai 161m, My Dubawi 92m, My Dubai Shadow 87m and SY Dubai Magic 45m and maintained the systems while I had been working with Platinum Yachts ship yard and Platinum Yachts Management. • Maintenance and repair of all audio-visual equipment on board for Owners, Guests and crew. • Internet & IT network maintenance including servers, desktops and printers. • Upgrade the existing 4G systems like Meridian and Pepwave HD4. • Kerio Control system and bandwidth control management. • PLex media server. • Regular back of ship’s date. • Ensuring ship’s CCTV system is working perfectly. • Ordering all AV/IT related consumables/spares. • Satellite TV system (TVRO). • VSAT system. • IP telephone, Radio and communications systems. • Assist Chief Engineer in engine room when needed like cleaning sea chests, Lights installation and bridge equipment’s. • Engine room watch keeping while navigation.

I was responsible for the preparation of RFQ’s related to the AV/IT systems, in compliance with the overall specification and in close collaboration with the purchase department / Interior department, Electrical department and the HVAC department. Collaborating with users, vendor, industry bodies, consultants, and management to define service requirements. Supervising the installation, testing documentation, maintenance and preparation of operating instructions, ensuring the installation is complying with the yard standards and with the applicable Specification and Rules and Regulations. I had worked with may worldwide AV systems like VSAT, TVRO, Fleet 55, Crestron, AMX, KNX, Lutron, Cisco networking, HP networking, IPTV systems, Night club mixers, Sonos, Sonance, B&W, Focal speakers, many brands of AV amplifiers and so on.
