A self Starter worker and pro-active, I compelled to take action in the workplace without requiring additional prompting from supervisors. I am Confident in my intuition about the actions to take and assist the Captain as much as possible to ease the workload, I have strong written communication skills. I spend a lot of time working on teams from around the world and have to be able to communicate clearly. I communicate diligently with my workmates which makes the task efficiently easier. understanding and appreciative the fact that a team environment is both productive and efficient. I have the ability to compromise, show respect to others and listen to the needs of my teammates. While I can be a leader, when necessary, I can also play an equal role on the team when the situation merits. Positive attitude and organized I do get the work done and motivates others to do the same without dwelling on the challenges that inevitably come up in any job.
