I am 21 years old with a bubbly and professional personality. I am hardworking and find no difficulty in adapting to new environments or crew, nor working in harsh weather or working strenuous shifts. I currently have 10 months experience onboard a 50m(167ft) private motor yacht as a deckhand. I joined the vessel during the full repaint and refit period in dry dock where I gained knowledge in painting, hardware installment and various other projects. There after the vessel did multiple trips in South America and the Caribbean with the owner and guests. I have all the necessary qualifications up to date including a B1B2 visa with the intentions of doing my Yachtmaster offshore in the near future. I am confident in line handling, teak maintenance and overall deck maintenance. I have a good amount of product knowledge and can work well either independently or with crew. My experience has enabled me to perform tasks efficiently and effectively whilst under pressure or in a fast paced environment. I am always eager to learn new tricks and skills from my crew members.
