Blending a love of food and fitness, I bring discipline, resilience, and creativity to every galley. Skilled in Mediterranean, Asian, Italian, Middle Eastern, Mexican, vegetarian, and pâtisserie, I create high-end meals that are both visually stunning and nutritionally balanced. My experience spans luxury yachts, 5-star establishments, and launching two successful restaurants in Thailand, where I honed leadership, organisation, and innovation. Adaptable, hardworking, and guest-focused, I thrive under pressure and take pride in exceeding expectations with globally inspired cuisine.

12 Guests/7 Crew I joined this boat as sole chef and completed a very busy and successful charter season in the Caribbean

August 2019 - March 2021 (1 year 7 mons)

8 guests/5 crew first joined this boat in 2019 during the yard period in the USA and had a hand in building the galley from scratch. We then crossed to the Caribbean for the season.
