Hi there! I’m Matt — a creative producer and videographer with a background built on disciplined training, hands-on experience, and years working in fast-paced creative environments. I grew up in South Africa and spent seven months completing the Quest Africa Men’s Program in Zimbabwe, training in survival, mechanics, welding, construction, fitness, and team-based problem solving. It taught me resilience, discipline, and how to stay reliable under pressure. I later moved to France, where I completed a Master’s degree in Sustainable and Industrial Design. During my studies, I also did daywork on yachts in the South of France, learning the standards of deck work, presentation, and professionalism expected on board. After graduating, I worked in Austria as a videographer and creative producer, creating video, photo, and drone content for KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, MotoGP development projects, Aquamarina, Harlem Kitesurfing, Plume and other action-sport and marine-related clients. I combine a strong work ethic with a creative skillset shaped by shooting in demanding outdoor and marine environments. I’m confident around the water (surfing, wakeboarding, paddleboarding) and comfortable with physically challenging work. I bring focus, adaptability, and a positive attitude to both deck duties and creative tasks. I’m now looking to join a yacht where I can contribute practically as part of the crew while producing high-quality visual content for charters, guests, and the vessel. I’m motivated, reliable, and committed to building a long-term career in yachting.
