My name is Natascha, I am currently based in Berlin and work as a PA/EA for a family office, directly supporting three UHNWI principals. My responsibilities include comprehensive support of the owners, full office management, as well as the coordination and oversight of various projects. In addition, I am responsible for communication with external partners, preparation of accounting-related matters, organization of travel and events, and the confidential handling of sensitive data and documents. I also contribute to strategic and organizational topics. While I greatly enjoy my current position, I am seeking greater dynamism and international exposure in the future. I have long had a strong passion for the sea and would like to relocate my workplace accordingly. The diverse responsibilities of a Purser role particularly appeal to me: overseeing onboard administration and operations, responsibility for finances (petty cash, accounting), purchasing and provisioning, crew management, guest services including concierge support, port and clearance formalities, and close cooperation with the Captain and management. I enjoy working as part of a team and value collaboration in an international environment where different cultures come together. I am single, highly flexible, and not location-bound. Frequent travel, changing environments, and long operational working days are familiar to me and highly motivating. Thanks to my friendly, natural, and professional manner, I feel very comfortable in guest-facing roles.
