I am an experienced captain with commendable safety records with no issuance claims. As master for vessels up to 134 feet, with different types of drive configuration including pod. A qualified engineer with over 10 years’ experience in both charter and the private sector. Based in Fort Lauderdale I hold a master licence up to 500GT and AEC 1 and 2 and sitting my Y3 in engineering. A captain that can support up to 8 crew members and 14 guests, or 25 day guests. I have much experience within the cruising areas of the Bahamas, Caribbean North and South including Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic ,Greece, Turkey, Croatia, Albania, Azores, UK, Scotland, Persian Gulf, Gulf of Oman and Transatlantic, A proficient tuned captain promoting seaman skills for fine detailing and gelcoat preparations, and interior cleanliness throughout the yacht. I fully support processes of the ISM framework keeping logs and records of yacht performance and crew operations. I work extremely well with guests, agents and crew. I have many years’ experience with yard work supporting contract works. I conduct my own engine servicing on MTU 2000, Cat C32, Kohler, Cummins, power units. I have refrigeration experience and hold both qualifications in electrical safety and advanced mechanical engineering.
