About me
After working on a 73m private motor yacht for just over a year and having rotated through all interior departments I have gained valuable experience as a stewardess. As a qualified Yoga/ mat Pilates Instructor and driven by a passion for wellness, I find it deeply rewarding teaching Pilates and Yoga to both guests and crew. I can see how group classes really help boost crew morale and brings everyone together. My goal is to cultivate a positive environment in which people feel good about themselves and are able to grow in both strength and confidence. I am a collaborative team player with a warm and approachable demeanor, committed to creating a professional yet friendly environment.
