About me
II have completed various sole chef s roles on a range of boats including motor and sailing yachts. In addition I have completed these roles on both private and charter yachts. I am well equipped in supporting other departments such as interior and exterior with tasks. Former Head of School, Deputy Headteacher and Science Head of Department, skilled in hospitality who has worked on boats across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Experienced in creating tailored menus for clients, provisioning, food service, drinks making and creating a comfortable, relaxing and memorable experience for owners and guests. Outstanding communication skills, managing change and highly skilled in adapting to the needs of the guests/owners.
