About me

Having worked in the hospitality industry all over the world for the last 15 years, I have amassed an array of experience and a vast number of transferable skills that I feel will be a considerable asset to your M/Y Although I am a newcomer to the Yachting industry, I quickly secured a job as Chief Stewardess. I am an incredibly hard worker with an eye for detail and a passion to excel in everything I do. I have worked in many roles, to mention a few; silver service in a boutique hotel in the UK, Events management at a museum, receptionist at an opulent restaurant and cocktail lounge catering to celebrities and elite athletes, head bartender at a cocktail and tequila bar in Australia, I have spent 6 years working on some of Europe’s most beautiful coastlines as a holiday representative, I also have housekeeping experience at a 5 star Relais & Châteaux luxury lodge in New Zealand, whilst in this role I often helped as a mixologist on the high-end bar and delivered degustation with wine pairing for our many VVIP clients. Other roles include Managing a bar in Canada with a team of 8 bartenders, and most recently running tours around NZ for a top-of-the-line tour operator as a hiking guide and chef for often affluent and well to do north Americans.

Hobbies & Interests

I love to cook and host, wine paring and shaking up some signature cocktails for friends. Keeping active is very important so I love snowboarding, downhill mountain biking, going on solo and group multi day hikes. I also enjoy getting immersed into a great book. I love to travel.
