About me
As a former rugby player, I know what it takes to win as a team, but also the work that each individual needs to put in, to get the best results.. I've been in yachting for one season now a Deckhand, but recently decided that since I absolutely love and enjoy food and cooking, I finally after years of being self taught cook, went and got my Professional Training in Culinary Arts.. I look forward to bring these new skill sets and passion for food, to the yachting industry, and excelling at the highest level

Deck/stew and cook (Full time) at 20m Sailing Boat

As a two man crew including the captain, we did daily charters for groups of 2 to 10 people... Responsibilities: cooking, service and Deckhand duties including watersports and washdowns.
Sole chef (Full time) at 48m Motor Yacht
May 2024 - November 2024 (5 mons 15 days)
Sole chef on Private motor yacht, for French family. Provisions, and three course meals for owner and guest trips. Budgeting and provisioning for guest and 7 crew meals.
Deckhand (Temporary) at 28m Motor Yacht
