About me
Hi, I’m Ryan Jay Arcelo, a 27-year-old from Leyte, Philippines. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation from the Philippine Maritime Institute. After graduating, I began my career as a Deck Cadet with Roble Shipping, a Roro Passenger company. From 2019 to 2021, I transitioned to the hospitality industry, working as a Barista at Mimifaso Café, where I was eventually promoted to Supervisor. In 2022, I embarked on my first international role as an Ordinary Seaman with INC Navigation Company. Currently, I’m on my second contract with the same company, continuing to build my career at sea.
