About me
I’m Australian and have called Sydney home for most of my life. Last year, I moved to France and began my yachting career, working as a Stew/Cook. My main responsibilities included provisioning, preparing breakfast and lunch for families of 4–14 guests, cleaning three cabins, managing laundry, and assisting with exterior duties such as wash-downs, line handling, and vessel maneuvers during port arrivals and departures. Outside of yachting, I’ve worked across a wide range of hospitality, including large pubs, fine dining restaurants and retirement homes. I’ve always loved the energy of service-based roles and the satisfaction that comes from making people feel welcome and well looked after. My professional background is in public relations, events, and marketing which are fast-paced and high-pressure. From pitching to the media to managing events, I learned how to stay calm under pressure, think on my feet, and always find a solution. I really enjoyed working on yachts last year and would love to bring those skills into a stew or stew/cook role on a larger yacht with a bigger crew. I believe my hospitality experience, love of cooking, and strong organisational skills would make me a valuable addition to any team. I know yachting is demanding, but I’m no stranger to hard work, and I’m confident I would bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion to any crew I join.

Temp work during the Australian summer season, delivering food and beverage service for up to 50 guests, provided bartending service and interior cleaning.
Stew/Cook/Deck (Temporary) at 44m Motor Yacht
June 2025 - June 2025 (14 days)
Assisted with the yacht being unloaded to Genoa and brought to Viareggio while crew were on leave. Work was a split between exterior, interior cleaning and cooking for crew.
Cook/Stew (Temporary) at 21m Motor Yacht
June 2025 - October 2025 (4 mons 10 days)
Seasonal position doing interior and cooking for family. Tasks including cabin cleaning, cooking two meals a day, provisioning, laundry and light service. Also helped with lines and coming into dock.
