Stewardess with day charter experience seeking a seasonal or permanent position as a stewardess/nanny/tutor. After a decade of teaching kindergarten and primary school children at a private bilingual school in Thailand, I am excited to start my yachting career where I bring a global mindset, a deep appreciation for diversity and a strong work ethic. During my time on board Inala Antares, a 57m MY charter yacht in Cape Town, I was able to gain invaluable hands-on experience in the day to day running of the yacht, as well as with guest interactions and service during their daily charters. In addition to the above, I have also gained land-based experience in the hospitality industry where I worked as front of house at Wild Rose Country Lodge, catering directly to clients’ needs and ensuring the smooth operation of the lodge. I was also able to assist with back of house duties where I assisted in room turnarounds and ensured that the rooms were kept to the highest standard. In 2017 I completed my open water diving course (I have completed over 20 dives) and looking forward to furthering my qualifications as I am a very passionate diver. I am aware that I am a bit older than most people trying to enter this industry but I believe that my life and work experiences makes me a perfect candidate. I am no stranger to hard work and long hours and I am ready to enter this industry with enthusiasm and a thirst to succeed. I am a fast learner, work well under pressure and look forward to bringing my mature, unique and cheerful personality to a yacht and crew.
