My responsibilities includes. Welcome and check-in guests with a warm and friendly, creating a positive first impression. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously. Assist in booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing information about local attractions. Maintain a clean and inviting lobby and common areas, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests. Handle guest payments, check-outs, and billing inquiries accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with other hotel staff, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience. Keep up-to-date with hotel policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests. Before working at Kabayan Hotel I worked in WNS as Customer Associate it is a BPO company I’m handling Travel account which is Delta Airlines its a international Account. We assist passengers thru Live Chat. My responsibilities is providing travel information, booking reservations, servicing existing reservations, educating on company websites, and providing ticketing services. -Help passenger book a new flight, change flight, adding infant and adding pet to their reservation. -maintaining a positive, and professional attitude toward customer at all times, -ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. -And responding promtly to customer inquiries..
