Hi, my name is Ruby Farr, and I am a 21-year old deckhand and stewardess from Canada. I am also a U.K. passport holder. I am passionate about creating a long-term career in yachting, as it has been a dream of mine since I began competitive sailing in my youth. Through my experience as a competitive sailor and my four years working as a competitive sailing coach and sailing-program manager, I have obtained extensive boating knowledge. I am well versed in line handling, boat maintenance and repairs, tender operations, knot-tying, and water sports. I am an upbeat and motivated individual. I am very outgoing and always bring a positive attitude to any task. I work well within a team and can get along with anyone. I am extremely driven and focused on developing my career in yachting.
