I am a ROCKSTAR stew looking for her next permanent job, based in South Africa, with my B1 American visa in hand and a two year schengen visa on its way to me, and I am hoping to find myself onboard a vessel ASAP. I have been working in the yachting industry for 7 months, and am now seeking my next gig after falling in love with the industry. Although one season does not sound like a lot, once we have met, you have observed my work and seen my energy I guarantee you will not consider me a newbie in the industry. I am a fun and happy worker, with a can-do attitude and great problem-solving skills, and now this paired with my hard work ethic gives me a stewardess superpower, or so I would like to think. I am a great team player and competent too, I see every detail as an opportunity for excellence.Before yachting , I had worked 8 years in hospitality where I acquired many skills beneficial to this industry , especially interaction with guests and great managerial skills. As a devoted yogi and yoga teacher , I would love to find a position where I can combine my love for this job and my devotion to yoga by sharing it with my fellow crew members in our downtime or with guests. I became a qualified beauty therapist and masseuse two years ago and since then gained enough private experience to have the confidence to take this skill on board with me as a spa stew. My love for the ocean convinced me to become an advanced adventurer open water scuba diver, and currently I am trying to gain enough dives to become instructor.
