As someone who's grown up in a small village I have always felt like a big fish in a little pond and wanted to see what there is out of the quiet surroundings I live in. With the little activity there is in a small village, I like to play instruments and read books to keep my brain occupied. The time I have had since leaving school has been dedicated to self development. I have a passion for customer service therefore have worked in sales and hospitality for the last five years. The experience I have gained has given me an appreciation for customer satisfaction; being on a commission based role, this is completely essential. The attention I have given to this has resulted in positive feedback from colleagues and customers. I now would like to broaden my horizons and combine the two jobs that I love. With family in the industry I have fallen in love with the line of work as it combines my favourite elements of hospitality and sales.
