I am a British Officer holding an OOW Unlimited CoC, I have been working in the Luxury Cruise industry since November 2022 and have 5 years previous experience working in Hospitality. I am currently seeking roles within the Yachting industry with the motivation to transfer and further my career. Upon qualifying in May 2022, I undertook a couple of freelance contracts before being employed by Emerald Cruises, sailing on board their ultra luxury cruise yachts, and have sailed with them since November 2022. Emerald Cruises pride themselves on offering exceptional guest experience and interaction, and so I am very comfortable in guest facing roles, additionally owing to my previous experience in hospitality. My previous experience both at sea, and in the hospitality sector, have ensured I am comfortable in fast paced and hard-working environments, and indeed thrive in them. I would describe myself as an excellent communicator, and a hard-working, highly motivated individual, who continually seeks to set and achieve goals to better myself, both in my personal and professional life.
