I grew up in a small town, more like a countryside area near a lake, where water activities such as fishing, driving ribs, and spending quality time with my family were central to my life. This environment inspired me to pursue a career at sea, a decision I made at the age of 14. While I believe many young people may not have a clear vision at that age, I am grateful to be on this path today. Regarding my professional background, I bring diverse experience across various types of ships to my work in the leisure sector, allowing me to connect my personal interests with my professional journey. Throughout my career, I have engaged in numerous operations—leading the deck team, training crew members, ensuring ships' compliance, enhancing guest interactions, conducting bridge tours, facilitating water sports, and managing tendering and helicopter operations. I strive to create positive experiences for both my teams and guests, driven by a genuine passion for the maritime environment. At the same time, during my downtime, I help out at a maritime training centre, acting as an instructor and sharing my knowledge and experience.
