I have rich experience in DATA Center management, and I handled enterprise IT softwares/applications like virtualization (VMware), Outlook, Antivirus. I have also had experience in providing customer support to internal customers i.e. 5000+ users across 7 major factory locations pan India and across Globe and providing security services and attributes to availability, authentication, confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation for LAN. I have completed ISO 270001 training and ITIL V3 certification and implemented ISMS (Information Security Management System) as well as in IT security policies in our Organisation. I have attended most of the IT audit. Additionally, I have handled the IT budget and overall IT asset inventory and its lifecycle. I have handled backup for our ERP solution and managed disaster recovery exercises that have resulted in zero data loss and minimal downtime for the organization. I have also led infrastructure hardware/software decommissioning initiatives and legacy application retirements/migrations for clients.
