I've spent the last three years working on private and charter yachts, as well as in a private residence. I feel very confident in managing the busy demands of charter guests and understanding the personal touch that comes with serving and attending to the owners. I’m very comfortable in all aspects of interior, service, housekeeping, and laundry. I thrive in a team environment but will also take direction and use my initiative, I'm open to feedback and always eager to learn new ideas and methods. In my last position as Lead Service Stewardess, I handled various situations independently and together in our service team of three. During my time on Bacarella, I had the opportunity to teach and guide five new Stewardesses, helping them understand the boat and their roles in service.
