I am an experienced cook looking for a chef or deckhand role on board a mid-size to large vessel. I fell in love with cooking from a young age and started my professional journey within the restaurant industry at the age of 16. Drawing inspiration from classic French and Italian cuisines, I’ve sharpened my culinary technique and style over the years. While rooted in these traditions, I possess a versatile skill set that extends to various culinary genres, with a particular enthusiasm for Asian cuisine. Although I do not possess prior yachting experience, I approach this opportunity with a dedication to acquire new skills and knowledge.
