Key Highlights of my journey I have 18 years of experience that is 3 years of hotel management + 15 years of land and cruise ship + yacht experience. ●P & O CRUISES My life changing movement was working with P & O cruises as they carry 5000 to 6500 passengers on board. It was a great pleasure to work with multiple nationalities and obviously bulk quantities of food. I worked in all sections with the highest leading of 20 people in my section. As a section head i want to make sure I have to order store according to the budget in MXP everyday basis and making sure qualities are not compromised, team follows the correct recipes and procedure,food tasting, plate presentation according SOPs and Maintain galley in high standards. I joined as an Executive chef. It was a great opportunity for me being my own kitchen as a chef where I design my own menu, work on cost, dealing with vendors and experimenting with a variety of food with the help of 6 members in a team. ●Cafe Noir restaurant- Cafe noir is the French restaurant I learned quickly. As a result I got a chance to open one of the new outlets as a chef with the work of 4 team members. It was a great challenge for me but I did it. Then later they opened 4 more new outlets and I was the part of all of them. I set up the Galley with the help of the head chef. Before leaving a cafe noir I was handling 5 people.
