I bring a comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be valuable to Private or Motor yachts. In my Chef roles I have honed my abilities over 27yrs hospitality experience and self taught skills of 27years as a Chef. I provide a firm foundation for the Sous Chef/Crew Chef position. My teamwork, nature and compassion have afforded me excellent decision-making skills. Within these skills is my DJ career which has run parallel to being a chef as i believe a creative outlet is important. I am excited to contribute my talents and proficiency in communication with the team aboard.
