I have over 20 years of experience in hospitality, including 14 years as a Flight Attendant and the past 5 years in the yachting industry. I have worked on both private and charter yachts ranging from 24 to 50 meters, covering roles such as Solo Stewardess, Second Stewardess, Chief Stewardess, and Cook/Crew Chef. Throughout my yachting career, I have developed strong skills across all aspects of the interior, including guest service, housekeeping, laundry, table service, inventory, and provisioning. I am confident in maintaining high standards during busy charter operations and working efficiently under pressure, including during short turnaround times. In addition to my interior experience, I have regularly taken on the role of Crew Cook, particularly during shipyard periods, long crossings, and when the Chef was on leave. In this role, I was responsible for planning and preparing daily meals for the crew, managing provisioning, and maintaining a clean and well-organised galley. I have also been involved in new build and shipyard periods on my most recent yachts, supporting the team through intensive maintenance schedules, refit periods, and vessel preparation.
