About me
I have 10 years experience in hospitality ranging from fine dining restaurants, country markets and bars. I progressed in these roles to supervisory positions and managed a team during daily service and specialised events. I ran my own charcuterie board business which included communicating with suppliers, organising event timelines and expectations with customers and presenting boards of the highest standards. I have a bachelors degree in Economics and a masters degree in Finance. I worked in finance in a multinational company for 19 months in which I furthered my communication, creativity and organisational skills. My long-term goal in this industry would be to work my way up the chain of command and become a purser.
