I have been working in the yachting industry for over 6 years and have 4 years of working in the hospitality industry prior to that. In this time, I have experienced Atlantic crossings, Med and Caribbean seasons and worked on very busy private and charter yachts. I have worked as sole, third and second / Relief Chief stewardess and feel that my growth and experience is reflected through my upward progression. Whilst I can and did work independently at the start of my career, I know now that I thrive on the energy of a team environment and always look for opportunities that can offer me longevity and growth. I am a firm believer that there is always room to develop, harness and further one’s skills and experiences. All my experiences in yachting thus far have Increased and improved my awareness for the standards required, the importance of good team working relationships, discretion, and the ability to appear unflustered under pressure. I thrive in demanding, pressurised and ever- changing environments. I am incredibly creative, organised and confident in all areas of the interior .
