I possess a very solid and varied background beginning my career in my late teens as a Marine Engineer. I then transitioned to roles as Project Manager, Test Driver, Delivery Captain, and Service Manager at a reputable UK shipyard. These experiences provided me with a comprehensive skill set in my role as a Superyacht Captain. Most recently, I served on a busy dual-season charter sailing yacht to challenge myself which has been a highly rewarding experience. However, I am eager to return to motor yachts, where I have over 20 years of command experience with vessels ranging from 50m to 80m. I am a strong leader and team player and have always been very flexible in roles as both solo and rotational Captain, which is essential due to changes in the schedules of yachts. Above all, I regard the safety and well-being of the crew, guests, and yacht as the most important aspect of my job and my top priority. I have extensive experience planning and executing itineraries with numerous repeat charters throughout the East and West Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, East Coast USA, Red Sea, UAE, Indian Ocean, Maldives, and Seychelles With my experience and background, I would be an ideal candidate for any Captain opportunity. As an experienced project manager who can competently oversee any shipyard situation, whether it be an extensive refit or new build project.
