I loved working on Drumbeat, the Galley was very well-equipped as the owner was a real foody so I could push the food further. During the season, we had a mix of charter and private.

In my first position, as sole chef, I was responsible for all the duties regarding the galley. With a crew of 4 and up to 6 guests, there was also sailing involved.
