I am an IT Infrastructure and Cloud Support professional with over 4 years of experience in enterprise IT environments. My background includes Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows Server, VMware, Azure, AWS, networking, and end-user support. I hold a Diploma in Information Technology as well as Microsoft AZ-900 and SC-900 certifications. Throughout my career, I have supported business-critical systems, resolved technical incidents, and worked closely with users to deliver reliable IT services. I am now looking to transition into the yachting industry where I can apply my technical skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and customer-focused approach in an onboard environment.
