I am a team player, a friendly, and dedicated individual with good cross-cultural sensitivity and a willingness to put an extra effort and time when required. I would like to join a Galley Department, where I would be able to share ideas and be a valued member of an inspirational team. This is Link to Professional Instroduction Tsvetan , born in 1980, is from Sofia, Bulgaria. During and after studying at the Sofia Professional High School of Tourism from 1995- 1998, he continued into the culinary arts. In 2002, he trained at Restaurant Skyline in Manheim, Germany. After completing his culinary training and exams, Tsvetan began working 10 years in fine restaurants throughout Sofia. After he was the chef on board Viking River Cruises for 7 years . Currently, he is the Executive Chef and partner of a catering company specialising in large events in Sofia. This is his 3 season on superyachts characters boat after 2 season in CARPE DIEM hi joining the crew of M/Y Maria Theresa , Tsvetan is excited to be back on the water. He loves creating exceptional dishes and looks forward to spoiling his charter guests and offering the very highest standards for their holiday.He loves international cuisine, using various cooking styles. Languages: Bulgarian (native); English (conversational); Russian (basic) In his free time, he likes to visit new places, discovering new landscapes, flavors, colors and cultures. He also likes to dance and laugh! He is the one that amuses and cheers everyone up around him.
