About me
I’ve worked in a Michelin-level kitchen since a very young age and worked my way up to a sous chef position, so I’m very used to high standards, pressure, and structure. Now on yachts, I’ve had a lot of responsibility on a smaller vessel, which made me very hands-on and adaptable. I am working on the same yacht for almost 3 years and I am ready to grow in a langer and new environment and do what I love the most, cooking!
