I am Vasiliy, I am Russian citizen, born in Australia but the only nationality I hold is Russian. I have never been to Russia in my life, I was raised on a sailboat with my parents who circumnavigated the globe twice. My mother tongue is English, since I was raised in English speaking countries like the USA, Canada, and Malta. I have never lived in a house, always on a boat. These days I work as a charter captain(with my recreation yachtmaster licence.) I also spent some time as a deckhand on larger yachts, and my goal is to study and receive my 200ton licence before 2023. My first goal is to earn enough experience and qualifications to become a first mate. I am currently looking for a deckhand position on a yacht larger than 24 metres.
