Currently, I serve as the Captain of the residential cruise ship Odyssey, where I have gained deep familiarity with the intricacies and specific demands of a luxury cruise ships. This role has further honed my ability to manage a vessel that operates like a luxury residence on the sea, ensuring both safety and an unparalleled guest experience. My strong foundation in luxury hospitality, which I developed while working aboard a motor yacht, has also allowed me to lead a team in delivering exceptional service to a highly discerning clientele. Additionally, my career has afforded me the opportunity to work on several new ship builds and also I have been involved in several dry dock projects. This hands-on experience has provided me with a strong understanding of the complex technical and operational processes involved in bringing a new vessel into service. I am also well-versed in classification requirements, ensuring that all vessels under my command meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence. From my early years as an ETO to earning my Master license in 2011, and later assuming command of my first cruise ship in 2018, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of SOLAS, Marpol, Flag State, STCW, and MLC regulations. My leadership and crew management skills, combined with my proficiency in ship handling and ISM knowledge, further equip me for the challenges and responsibilities of this Captain role.
