Growing up in a hospitality environment surrender by guests, good food and events, I was able to discover my passion for hosting at an early age. Following my heart I study and specialized in business and tourism in South Spain and The Netherlands and I keep learning languages doing a dual master about European Tourism management in Bournemouth and Heilbronn. I have been exploring many areas of the industry I love and I have being a tour guide in Madrid, as well as model and marketing promoter, afterwards I worked as cabin crew for charter lines around Europe and North Africa and in my quest to worked at sea I moved to US and worked for MSC Logistic and cruises in NYC. In NYC I had the opportunity to work in a few high end and fast pace restaurants allowing me to learn about wines, cocktails, pairing, hosting, serving, bartending… that allowed me to be an In-room dining service and Events Manager in the Loews Regency in Park Ave. After realizing that land based corporate jobs wasn’t for me I keep pursuing my love for hospitality and working at sea. After traveling/living around the US and Central America doing healing retreats and marketing for healing holidays and high end products I moved to Florida 3 years ago. There I learn to sail and dive into housekeeping in Key Largo, running a mansion and working in Cottages with sailing tours. Afterwards I had the opportunity of a life to crossed the Atlantic and started doing what I love most - facilitating healing holidays at sea. I have been working as freelance cook/ stew, sole stew and chief stew around the Caribbean, Florida, south Spain and the Med and I keep learning and loving the opportunity to create unforgettable leisure experiences.
