My name is Wendell Laurence, and I bring over 17 years of culinary experience, including more than two years working as a sole yacht chef on both private and charter vessels. I specialize in Mediterranean, Italian, French, and Caribbean cuisine, and I am confident in my ability to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences while also managing the demands of crew meals with efficiency and creativity. Having spent nearly seven years as an Italian chef in the Caribbean, I have developed a strong foundation in both fine dining and remote provisioning—skills that allow me to consistently meet the challenges of yacht galleys. I am highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with proven ability to design menus, provision in remote ports, and maintain a well-run, hygienic galley.
